About

I have been a professor at Cedarville University since 1999.  I am also a true “tekie” and love trying out new gadgets and new opportunities online.  I received my Ph.D from Akron University in Ohio and my research interests are in the areas of homelessness, gender ideology, racial inequalities, and teaching sociology.  Currently, I serve as section Chair of Teaching Sociology for the Society for the Study of Social Problems.  I also direct a Multi-Cultural Community for Freshman students here at Cedarville.  Please feel free to visit my website: http://people.cedarville.edu/Employee/warners/
